After a long suspense, Fabio Capello has presented his 23 men squad which surprisingly did not had Theo Walcott's name. Every World cup brings a surprise for the winger, but the difference is that in the last world cup he was surprisingly included to the squad whereas this time he has been left out of the squad.
The 22 year old, Arsenal's winger has shown that he is capable of playing on the big stage, but could not replace Gareth Barry from the squad. Barry passed the fitness test at the las minute and got the inclusion in the 23 men squad.
"I am very disappointed not to be included in the squad going out to South Africa, but completely respect Mr Capello's decision," said Walcott. "I would like to wish the team the best of luck and hope they have a really successful tournament."
Well, we also hope England to have a great World cup with such a great lineup. Here is how it looks like:
England's 23-man World Cup squad
